What Flintwell helps you do

Estimate without losing the job behind the number.

Flintwell is built to keep the estimate useful after you price it. The customer, job, assemblies, status and follow-up stay connected in one practical workspace.

01

Build from assemblies

Start with repeatable electrical work, then adjust quantities, runs, labor and scope for the actual job.

02

Price it your way

Use your labor rate, material costs and markup so the estimate reflects how your business actually prices work.

03

Keep jobs organized

Customers can have separate jobs, and estimates stay tied to the correct job instead of becoming disconnected files.

04

Know what needs attention

Track work through draft, sent, approved, scheduled, completed and invoiced stages from a clear dashboard.

05

Carry materials forward

Estimate assemblies can support consolidated shopping lists so repeated materials are easier to purchase and manage.

06

Deliver professionally

Keep customer-facing estimates, follow-up and billing workflow connected to the job record.

The workflow

From first price to finished work.

Flintwell follows the way a small electrical contractor actually works instead of forcing the job into a giant construction-management system.

1
Create the customer and job

Keep each project under the correct customer while preserving separate job records.

2
Build the estimate

Add assemblies, quantities, runs and job-specific scope.

3
Set the price

Apply your labor rate, material pricing, markup, terms and adjustments.

4
Send and track

Keep the estimate status visible so you know what is waiting, approved or ready to schedule.

5
Carry the job forward

Use the same job record for scheduling, materials, completion, invoicing and cost follow-up.

Business information & policies

Clear support and subscription terms.

These policies apply to Flintwell software subscriptions and customer support unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Privacy

Flintwell uses account, business and workspace information to provide the service, synchronize user data, deliver requested emails, process subscriptions and support customer-facing estimating workflows. Flintwell does not sell contractor or customer workspace data. Service providers may process data only as needed to operate Flintwell, including hosting, email delivery and payment processing.

Terms of service

Flintwell is an estimating and workflow tool. Contractors remain responsible for their pricing, scope, contracts, taxes, permits, code compliance, licensing and business decisions. Subscription access is provided for the selected billing period and may be subject to reasonable service, security and acceptable-use controls.

Cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A customer may cancel before the next renewal through available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where Flintwell determines that a duplicate, erroneous or otherwise appropriate refund should be issued. Billing questions and refund requests may be sent to support@getflintwell.com.
